The service has been used by the Central Science Laboratory (CSL), the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA), Smith & Nephew, Consort-Best Western, Norwich Union Life, the Department for Employment and Education (DfEE), the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and the Ministry of Defence (MoD).
