Opportunities Available on Scarborough Business Park
Gladman Developments are nearing completion on phase 1 of the first speculative office development in Scarborough, a £6.7 million scheme on Scarborough Business Park.
Phase 1, to be known as Leighton Court, is a development of 53,450 sq ft with office accommodation for sale or lease ranging in size from semi-detached units of 1,035 sq ft to stand-alone buildings of 6,100 sq ft.
Also on Scarborough Business Park, Caddick Developments have over 100 acres available for development, for a variety of uses. They already have outline planning permission for car showrooms, restaurant, hotel, ancillary retail, offices and industrial. Buildings are available on a freehold or leasehold basis and all sizes of unit can be accommodated. The sites infrastructure is due for completion in May.
Caddick Developments have already sold and/or developed 15 acres of the business park with another several deals either currently in the hands of solicitors or close to being agreed after which solicitors will be instructed.
