Shires Bridge almost complete

The first phase of the Shires Bridge Business Park in Easingwold is to be completed by October.
The development on the A19 includes two light industrial units. One of the two units has already been sold, and will be occupied by children's play equipment manufacturer Ludus Leisure. Encouraged by the interest in similar units, developers Shires Bridge Developments have speculatively built an adjoining unit of 2,150 sq ft.
The next phase will include a further 6 acres, out of a possible 18 acres on the site, suitable for office, warehouse and industrial facilities.
